I can't activate my card or pin number. 
Please be sure you are entering the username or pin number and 
password as one word, with no spaces or dashes between the digits or letters. 
Try this alternate link to activate your card or pin number. 

I am able to activate my card or pin number, but I see  
a 403 or 404 error after I click then enter members button.
Make certain that any and all pop-up blockers are disabled.
Most likely, you need to adjust your privacy settings to accept 3rd party cookies:

  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • Click Tools from the top of the Browswer.
  • Click Internet Options.
  • Click the Privacy Tab.
  • Click the Advanced Button.
  • Check "Override automatic cookie handling".
  • Check "Always allow session cookies".
  • Click the OK button and you are done.
  • Try this alternate link to activate your card or pin number.
